Information for Authors

If you are interested in making a contribution to “Radiation Regulator”, please look at our “Instructions for Authors”. The journal will only accept papers submitted in English. The general rules of style will follow those of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA – We are not part of IAEA, but we wish to support their work.

It is normally a condition of publication that authors assign copyright or license the publication rights in their articles, including abstracts, to RPD Publishing Ltd. This enables us to ensure full copyright protection and to disseminate the article, and of course the Journal, to the widest possible readership in print and electronic formats as appropriate.

It is accepted that there will be some exceptions. In particular officers of UK government, US Federal government and some other government bodies may only be able to licence RPD Publishing Ltd, rather than assign copyright. In these and similar circumstances, we permit an author to retain copyright of his or her paper, but we must receive an original formal signed statement licensing us to publish the work exclusively, worldwide, and in all forms, in the journal.

Authors retain many rights under the RPD Publishing rights policies, which can be found here.

Review Process

Submitted articles will be subject to a peer review process, details about this process can be found here.
